Not crawling but still getting around

Emma doesn't crawl but she does get around! This is how she does it.

Coloring Easter Eggs

We colored our Easter eggs yesterday and Sara did great. She wanted the little paper things wrapped around the egg instead of sitting the egg in it so that's why they look...different. ha ha
Anyway, Emma was just wondering what Sara was doing and was keeping herself busy blowing raspberries and eating the Princess egg holders.

Emma's face in this first one kills me...although it's hard to see so small here:

And here they are! Ta da!:

Family picture time!

Here are our Spring family pictures. The last 2 are Sara's 5th Birthday photos. There are more to come...just waiting on some editing so check back soon!

Easter at school

Sara's school had a little Easter party yesterday with an egg-roll, Easter egg hunt and Easter story time. She had a blast and mommy was able to go and spend it with her!

The class photo...they made their own Bonnet's for the girls and Tie's for the boys:

Story time with Miss. Beth:

Starting the hunt!:

The eggs she collected. There are 12 kids in her class and each child brought in 12 eggs numbered 1-12. Each child picked a number and had to hunt for that number...that way everyone got the same amount of eggs. Sara was #6:

Everyone looking at what they got:

Time to line up and head back to class!

1st soccer game of the Spring season on the new fields!

Since Forney just opened their new park, it also comes with new soccer fields for the kids!
They are much nicer and more comfortable for us old folks too. After being postponed for about 2 weeks because of all the rain we had we finally had our first game last Friday night. They've had 2 games so far and are UNDEFEATED!! GO FIRE!! (Sara is #3)

New Park. New season.

Forney just opened a brand new park so we went to check it out. This is also where Sara will be having her soccer games this year. We went during Spring Break so everyone and their mother was there but it was fun.
